Czynniki warunkujące kondycję i sprawność funkcjonowania spółek dystrybucyjnych energii elektrycznej

The article presents the statistical analysis of the influence of selected geographical, organisational, technical, and economic factors on the financial condition and efficiency of domestic electrical energy distribution utilities. An original method of graphic representation of multidimensional data, together with a factor analysis and a linear multiply regression analysis were used in the research. The existence of essential relations between certain conditions of activities of utilities and their effectiveness were proven. Especially distinctive is the influence of the level of balance energy losses in different distribution companies.
