Na odwrocie zdjęcia znajduje się inskrypcja: „Dzień Chrztu św. 3 letniego Grzesia, przybyli znad Buga repatrianci, Wieś Sitno”

Fotografia przedstawia wysoką kobietę trzymającą kilkuletnie dziecko na rękach i mężczyznę stojących na tle sztachet otaczających ogród. Kobieta ubrana jest w letnią sukienkę, dziecko w czapeczkę i jasne ubranko, a mężczyzna ma na sobie garnitur i bukiet kwiatów w dłoni. Po prawej stronie zdjęcia przy płocie stoi starszy mężczyzna. Po lewej stronie zdjęcia widać dom porośnięty winoroślą

The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village). Copy of the photo kept at the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (former Institute for the History of Material Culture)

On the back of the photo there is an inscription: “The day of the holy christening of 3-year-old Grzegorz, repatriates coming from by the Bug, Villiage of Sitno”
