Fotografia przedstawia mężczyznę w codziennej odzieży: starej marynarce i koszuli i czapce z daszkiem stojącego w drewnianej łódce na tle szuwarów. Mężczyzna trzyma w dłoni kij, zapewne wiosło pychowe. Na pierwszym planie w łodzi widać rączkę innego narzędzia (podbijaka?). Zdjęcie jest prześwietlone, słabej jakości

Według właściciela zdjęcia zostało ono wykonane w 1949 i przedstawia jego ojca, który był rybakiem

Copy of the photo kept at the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (former Institute for the History of Material Culture)

In the foreground the handle of another piece of equipment (podbijak) is visible. The image is overexposed and of low quality
