Employment in civil service in the light of international and constitutional standards

Opracowanie dotyczy analizy wybranych aspektów ustawy o służbie cywilnej z perspektywy ich zgodności z prawem międzynarodowym i konstytucyjnym. Autor omawia kwestię dostępu do służby cywilnej, a także warunki pracy, w tym zwłaszcza czas pracy oraz prawo do wypoczynku.

The elaboration is dedicated to the analysis of selected aspects of the Law on civil service, from the perspective of its compatibility with international and constitutional law. Author introduced the access to the civil service, as well as employment conditions, espacially with regard to working time an right to rest.
