Grammatische Korrelate der Perspektivitätsstrategien in narrativen Texten : eine kognitive Studie

The paper compares the models of perspectivity in literary theories (Genette 1982, Stanzel 1992) with the concept of perspective proposed within the framework of cognitive linguistics (Langacker 1995, 2005a, 2005b, 2009) and extended by polish linguists (Bartmiński 2004, 2007, Tabakowska 2002, 2004). Its main components are subjective/objective scene construal, that describes the relation between the subject and the object of conceptualization and the vantage point/the point of view defined as the mental position from which the scene is viewed. The aim of linguistic work should be the investigation of its linguistic markers. The paper examines, in its main body, the perspectivity potential of German definite and indefinite articles in narrative texts.
