It seems, however, that Internet offers new possibilities for reporters, who - using new computer technologies - may only improve the form of a report. Internet report is richer than a hand-written one, as it is not limited to only discussing the problem, but it also shows the problem (a film, video recording). In Internet report it is possible to present a rich dossier of text elaboration (not enclosed documentation), which only helps the internant to better understand presented stories.

Czy w okresie rozwoju mediów elektronicznych reportaż pisany nie ma szans na przetrwanie? Internet wydaje się jednak otwierać nowe możliwości dla reporterów, którzy - wykorzystując różne techniki komputerowe - mogą udoskonalić tylko formę reportażu. Reportaż internetowy jest bogatszy od reportażu pisanego, ponieważ nie tylko ogranicza się do omówienia problemu, ale pokazuje problem (film, nagranie na taśmie magnetofonowej). W reportażu internetowym możliwe jest także zaprezentowanie bogatego dossier pracy nad tekstem (dokumentacja niewłączona), co tylko pomaga odbiorcy lepiej zrozumieć prezentowane historie.
