The presented paper introduces a new approach to the court of justice functioning as a knowledge-based organization. It requires understanding of many dependent factors, which are directly determined by law sciences, state system of public justice and their organization based on the normalized way of administration. The article reveals that it is possible to create the quality assessment measures as well as efficiency figures of the court of justice functioning as a knowledge-based organization, which follow the principles of management sciences and law doctrines. The measures may be constructed on the basis of relevant theories as the efficiency and efficacy of the court of justice’ staff and their job satisfaction.
