Achieving of business goals is highly determined by the effectiveness of company’s knowledge management system. The very important source of information become information (knowledge) brokers, especially so called system knowledge brokers, whose task is to provide pertinent information, relevant to company’s information needs at given time. The goal of this text is defining the profession of knowledge broker and pointing his position and importance in company’s decision process.
