Rodzaje znieczulenia stosowane do zabiegu cięcia cesarskiego

This thesis covers the origins of anaesthesiology as well as the progress that has been made in this field of medicine, taking into consideration the beginnings of obstetric anaesthesiology. It describes the relationship between the selection of the anaesthesia and the obstetric situations that occur. It takes into account the important items of equipment and the preparation of an anaesthesiology station which have an impact on maintaining anaesthesia safety. The thesis work describes four types of anaesthesia that are used for caesarean section procedures: general anaesthesia, spinal anaesthesia, epidural anaesthesia and the combination of the latter two.

Praca ta przedstawia początki anestezjologii, oraz postęp jaki dokonał się w tej dziedzinie medycyny, uwzględniając początki anestezjologii położniczej. Opisuje zależność między doborem rodzaju znieczulenia, a zaistniałymi sytuacjami położniczymi. Uwzględnia ważne elementy wyposażenia i przygotowania stanowiska anestezjologicznego, które mają wpływ na zachowanie bezpieczeństwa znieczulenia. Opisuje cztery rodzaje znieczulenia stosowanego do zabiegu cięcia cesarskiego: znieczulenie ogólne, podpajęczynówkowe, zewnątrzoponowe oraz połączone znieczulenie podpajęczynówkowe i zewnątrzoponowe.
