Model opieki nad pacjentem z depresją

The present thesis entitled: „Model of care over a patient with depression”concentrates on various aspects of patient treatment with depression. The aim of the thesis isto illustrate H.Peplau’s model in the context of care over patient with depression as well aspresentation of mutual benefits which come from nurse-patient relationship. The patient issurrounded by professional care as well as under individual therapy. However, the nurse whotakes care of the sick person, develops interpersonal skills thanks to which she can establish abetter rapport with a patient.The first part of my thesis, the focus is on epidemiology of depression, its causes andkinds. There is also presented treatment and possible complications. The second partconcentrates on psychological problems of the patient suffering from depression, as well asproblems of care over patient according to the model. The further part discusses H.Peplau’smodel, and focuses on the nurse-patient relationship and four phrases of interhuman relations.In the final chapters of the thesis, the problems are discussed during hospitalization and afterleaving a hospital.

W niniejsza praca zatytułowana: „Model opieki nad pacjentem z depresją” skupionazostała na aspekcie leczenia chorego z depresją. Celem pracy było zaprezentowanie modeluH.Peplau w kontekście opieki nad pacjentem z depresją oraz przedstawienie relacji miedzypacjentem a pielęgniarką. Przedstawiony model Peplau pokazuje wzajemne korzyści w relacjipacjent-pielegniarka. Osoba wymagająca opieki, jest otoczona profesjonalną pomocą, orazobjęta indywidualną terapią. Natomiast pielęgniarka, która troszczy się o pacjenta rozwijaswoje umiejętności interpersonalne dzięki czemu łatwiej nawiązuje kontakt z chorym.Pierwsza część pracy koncentruje się na epidemiologii depresji, jej przyczynach orazrodzajach. Zaprezentowane zostało również leczenie, a także możliwe powikłana. Drugacześć pracy skupia się na psychologicznych problemach chorego na depresję, orazproblematyce opieki nad chorym według obranego modelu. W dalszej części omawiany jestmodel H. Peplau, oraz scharakteryzowana została relacja pielęgniarka-pacjent oraz czteryfazy relacji międzyludzkich. W końcowej części pracy przedstawiono omówienie problemów,w trakcie hospitalizacji oraz po wypisie.
