Funkcjonowanie samorządu terytorialnego na przykładzie Miasta i Gminy Myślenice.

In my project “Local territorial government functioning based on an example of the town and commune of Myślenice”, I tried to collect information concerning local government, its history and tradition in Poland. I also tried to point out the law principals on which the local functioning of commune is based on. I analyse successive administrative reforms; from commune reform in 1990, through the constitution of Poland 2 August 1997, as well as, regulations of European Local Government Charter. I also analyse administrative reforms in 1998 and new territorial division of the country.The project emphasizes the importance of place and role of local territorial government in public administrative system, as well as, commune tasks and reference with its executives.As the example of local territorial government I described the commune of Myślenice in detail, its location, history, local government system and job description of particular executives of local authorites in town of Myślenice.

W mojej pracy „Funkcjonowanie samorządu terytorialnego na przykładzie Gminy Myślenice”, starałam się zgromadzić informacje dotyczące samorządu terytorialnego; historię i tradycję samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce. Wskazać na jakich podstawach prawnych oparte jest funkcjonowanie gminy. Analizuję kolejne reformy administracji; od reformy gminnej z 1990 r., przez Konstytucje Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej z 2 kwietnia 1997 r. oraz regulację Europejskiej Karty Samorządu terytorialnego przejdę do reformy administracyjnej z 1998 r. i nowego podziału terytorialnego państwa. Praca zawiera miejsce i rolę samorządu terytorialnego w systemie administracji publicznej, zadania i kompetencje gminy oraz jej organy.Jako przykład jednostki samorządu terytorialnego opisałam szczegółowo Gminę Myślenice, jej położenie, historie, organizacje urzędu, zakres czynności poszczególnych jednostek organizacyjnych w Urzędzie Miasta i Gminy Myślenice.
