Unemployment in Poland after 1989, and its prevention programs based on Proszowice community.

Work is to examine the phenomenon of unemployment and the forms of its control in Poland since 1990, and in the Proszowice community since 2002. The paper paid special attention to the implemented programs to combat unemployment.Work consists of three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the definition of unemployment, showing its measurement, effects and forms of combat.In Chapter 2 Proszowice community was described. Shown here as the unemployment rate ranged between 2002 and 2010, and presents the results of surveys conducted among groups of unemployed people from the Proszowice community.Chapter 3 describes the programs to combat unemployment in the Proszowice community, used by the District Employment Office, as well as briefly same characteristics D.E.O.

Praca ma na celu zbadanie zjawiska bezrobocia i form jego zwalczania w Polsce od 1990 roku, oraz w gminie Proszowice od 2002 roku. W pracy zwrócono szczególna uwagę na wdrażane programy, przeciwdziałające bezrobociu.Praca złożona jest z trzech rozdziałów. W rozdziale pierwszym skupiono się na zdefiniowaniu bezrobocia, pokazaniu jego pomiaru, skutków i form zwalczania.W rozdziale 2 została przedstawiona gmina Proszowice. Pokazano jak kształtowało się tu bezrobocie między rokiem 2002 a 2010, oraz zaprezentowano wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród grupy bezrobotnych z gminy Proszowice.W rozdziale 3 opisano programy do walki z bezrobociem w gminie Proszowice, stosowane przez Powiatowy Urząd Pracy, a także pokrótce samą charakterystykę P.U.P.
