r PsychiaAn Analysis of the Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowias Expenses fotric Treatment and Addiction Therapy in the Years 2004-2009

The subject of this thesis are the Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia (National Health Fund’s) expenses connected with psychiatric treatment and addiction rehabilitation. Together with the growth of meaning of psychic diseases there occurs a growth in the demand for financial means devoted to their treatment. This study presents an analysis of NHF expenses for PSY–type treatments. This analysis refers to the whole area of Poland, as well as to particular regions. During five years between 2004 and 2009 one can observe a growing tendency in the costs of psychiatric and addiction treatments. There is also a visible diversification of expenses for psychiatric and addiction treatments in regional NFZ (NHF) per one insured person.

Przedmiotem tej pracy są wydatki Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia na leczenie psychiatryczne i uzależnień. Wraz ze wzrostem znaczenia chorób i zaburzeń psychicznych wzrasta także zapotrzebowanie na środki finansowe przeznaczane na ich leczenie. W pracy przeprowadzono analizę wydatków NFZ na leczenie z rodzaju PSY, która odnosiłaby się zarówno do całego kraju jak i jego poszczególnych regionów. Na przestrzeni pięciu lat (2004-2009) odnotowano tendencję wzrostową kosztów leczenia psychiatrycznego i uzależnień. Widoczne jest także duże zróżnicowanie wydatków na leczenie psychiatryczne i uzależnień w oddziałach wojewódzkich NFZ w przeliczeniu na ubezpieczonego.
