Rynek fonograficzny. Diagnoza stanu i czynniki determinujące jego funkcjonowanie

Głównym celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie obecnego stanu rynku fonograficznego oraz czynników na niego wpływających. Autorka udowadnia, że podstawową przyczyną nieustannych zmian rynku fonograficznego jest rozwój technologiczny. Zmiany te związane są z wieloma aspektami funkcjonowania omawianej branży. Mianowicie dotyczą metod produkcji, dystrybucji, promocji i sprzedaży produktów fonograficznych. Ponadto wprowadzanie nowych technologii ułatwiło dokonywanie przestępstw związanych z naruszaniem praw autorskich, co w znaczącym stopniu zdeterminowało działania podmiotów rynku fonograficznego.

The main purpose of this thesis is to present the current state of the recording industry and the factors affecting it. The author proves that the fundamental reason why the recording industry is constantly changing is technological development. These changes are related to many aspects of the functioning of the sector. Namely they refer to production, distribution, promotion and sales concerning the phonographic products. In addition, the introduction of new technologies simplified committing offenses related to copyright infringement, which largely determined the activities of the recording industry entities.
