Dabrowa Gornicza in the face of political transformations of the XIX and XX century

The theme of the work is the impact of policies on the development and fate of the city on example of Dabrowa Gornicza.A special place within the framework of this issue is devoted to the impact of central policy on the history of the city, through the various concepts of successive governments, as well as through the differnet opportunities of these governments.The paper also discusses the impact of local policy on urban development, with particular emphasis on the period of the last 20 years.

Tematem pracy jest wpływ polityki na rozwój i koleje losu miasta, na przykładzie Dąbrowy Górniczej. Szczególne miejsce w ramach tego zagadnienia poświęcone jest wpływowi polityki centralnej na dzieje miasta, poprzez różne koncepcje kolejnych rządów, a także, poprzez szeroko rozumiane możliwości kierowanych przez te rządy państw.W pracy omówiono także wpływ polityki lokalnej na rozwój miasta, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem okresu ostatnich 20 lat związanych z reformą samorządową.
