The subject of the thesis is the art of Hermann Nitsch, presented bothin terms of its characteristics, as well as through the prism ofinstitutions devoted to that. The thesis' aim is to discuss thephenomenon of institutionalization of artistic and cultural activities onthe example of Nitsch's art and chances and opportunities arising fromthe use of such solutions.
