Problems of management of the Krakow Metropolitan Area

Uwzględnienie zmian w podejściu do polityki regionalnej i rosnącej roli partnerstw hybrydowych pozwala zarysować główne problemy i szanse związane z dialogiem społecznym jako narzędziem zarządzania rozwojem.

The paper presents challenges related to the management of development of the Krakow Metropolitan Area. Those challenges are described against inconsistencies characterizing of the processes of metropolization. Changes in understanding of a nature of the regional policy as well as a growing importance of hybrid partnerships, allow to present main problems and opportunities related to the social dialog, as a tool of the management of development.
