Division of property in the light of Property Management Act

The aim of thesis was to estimate legislative regulations regarding division of property embedded in Property Management Act dated 21st of August 1997. It was also to present the estimation of outcomes which were included in the act made by doctrine of law and judicial officials in this matter

Celem pracy jest ocena regulacji prawnych dotyczących podziału nieruchomości zamieszczonych w ustawie z dnia 21 sierpnia 1997 r. o gospodarce nieruchomościami. Zaprezentowano również ocenę rozwiązań zaproponowanych w ustawie przez przedstawicieli doktryny prawa oraz poglądy judykatury w tej kwestii.
