CHARAKTERYSTYKA RYNKU USŁUG CERTYFIKUJĄCYCH W POLSCE

Problem zarządzania jakością ma swój aspekt nie tylko przedmiotowy, któremu poświęcony jest szereg opracowań, lecz również podmiotowy będący na marginesie kwalitologii. Celem pracy jest analiza i ocena współczesnego rynku usług certyfikujących na przykładzie wybranych jednostek świadczących tego rodzaju usługi na polskim rynku. W części teoretycznej niniejszej pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia z zakresu zarządzania jakością. W tym względzie zwrócono szczególną uwagę na problematykę systemu certyfikacji z podziałem na jej rodzaje. Ponadto omówiono również pojęcie oraz istotę procesu akredytacji. W części metodycznej omówiono przedmiot i cel badań, wybraną metodę badawczą, a także wskazano miejsce przeprowadzonych badań wraz z określeniem doboru badanej grupy. W części empirycznej pracy dokonano charakterystyki usług certyfikującym na polskim rynku. W tym względzie określono cel i zakres przeprowadzonych badań wraz z prezentacją wyników tych prac diagnostycznych. Dokonana i zawarta w niniejszej pracy analiza przeprowadzonych badań umożliwiła scharakteryzowanie polskiego rynku usług certyfikujących wraz z wyodrębnieniem jego mocnych oraz słabych stron.

The problem of quality management has not only an object-oriented aspect, which is discussed in a series of works, but also a subject-related aspect that is part of quality management science. The aim of this paper is a analysis and assessment of the contemporary market of certifying services in Poland.The theoretical part of this paper presents the issues of quality management. In this respect, special attention was paid to the issues of the certification system and its kinds. It also discusses the concept and the essence of the accreditation process.The methodological part describes the object and the purpose of the research, the selected research method and also indicates the place of the conducted research and defines the choice of the studied group. The empirical part of this paper presents the characterization of certifying services in Poland. In this regard the purpose and the scope of research were specified and the results of diagnostic work were presented. The analysis of the collected data enables a characterization of certifying services in Poland and a separation of its strengths and weaknesses.
