The analysis of investment attractiveness of a listed company Rainbow Tours S.A. based on the financial statements.

Celem pracy magisterskiej jest przedstawienie oraz ocena atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej spółki giełdowej Rainbow Tours S.A. z punktu widzenia potencjalnych inwestorów. W pracy opisałam rodzaje analizy wykorzystywane do badania możliwości inwestycyjnych spółki na podstawie sprawozdań finansowych oraz rezultatów osiągniętych na giełdzie. Przedstawiłam również źródła pozyskiwania informacji potrzebnych do przeprowadzenia analiz, głównych odbiorców informacji sprawozdawczych oraz opisałam dwa najważniejsze obszary analizy fundamentalnej: płynność finansową i rentowność. Przeprowadziłam analizę fundamentalną oraz techniczną za lata 2007 – 2010 oraz zaprezentowałam osiągnięte wyniki. W pracy zawarłam też wnioski i ocenę czy warto zainteresować się akcjami spółki Rainbow Tours S.A.

The purpose of the thesis is to present and assess the investment attractiveness of a listed company Rainbow Tours SA from the point of view of potential investors. In this paper I describe the types of analysis used to study investment opportunities based on company financial statements and the results achieved on the stock exchange. I presented the sources of acquiring the information needed to carry out the analysis, the main recipients of reporting information, and I described the two most important areas of fundamental analysis: liquidity and profitability. I conducted fundamental and technical analysis for the years 2007 – 2010 and presented the results achieved. The study also included conclusions and evaluation whether the shares of the company Rainbow Tours SA are worth of interest.
