Kollokationen in den Strukturen der deutsch-polnischen Rechtswörterbücher

Tematem pracy są kolokacje w dwujęzycznych słownikach specjalistycznych. Pierwsza część poświęcona jest zagadnieniu kolokacji. Przedstawione są różne ujęcia tego terminu w anglo- i niemieckojęzycznej lingwistyce, jego obecność w językoznawstwie polskim, poglądy na temat części składowych kolokacji i różnorodne klasyfikacje kolokacji. Przedmiotem trzeciego rozdziału jest dwujęzyczna leksykografia specjalistyczna. Omawiane są kolejno typologie, funkcje i potencjalni użytkownicy dwujęzycznych słowników specjalistycznych. Szczególna uwaga została poświęcona strukturom tych słowników. Kolejny rozdział dotyczy kolokacji specjalistycznych i ich prezentacji w słownikach. Poruszone zostały kwestie istoty kolokacji specjalistycznych, potrzeby informacji o kolokacjach, ich selekcji i prezentacji w strukturach słownikowych. Ostatni rozdział zawiera analizę elementów i struktur dwóch niemiecko-polskich słowników prawniczych, a także, w oparciu o analizę pięciu niemieckich pojęć z zakresu prawa karnego, opis prezentacji kolokacji w tych słownikach. Podjęto także próbę porównania kolokacji słownikowych z kolokacjami wyłonionymi z korpusu składającego się z wybranych niemieckich norm karnoprawnych.

Das Thema dieser Arbeit sind die Kollokationen in der zweisprachigen Fachlexikographie. Zunächst werden verschiedene linguistische Auffassungen des Begriffs Kollokation präsentiert. Dabei wird die Aufmerksamkeit dem Begriff der Kollokation selbst sowie dessen Bestandteilen und unterschiedlichen Klassifizierungen geschenkt. Im dritten Kapitel wird ausführlich auf die theoretischen Aspekte der zweisprachigen Lexikographie eingegangen. Behandelt werden die Typologien, Funktionen und potenziellen Benutzer. Der Schwerpunkt wird auf den Strukturen der bilingualen Wörterbücher gelegt. Im Mittelpunkt des vierten Kapitels steht die lexikographische Erfassung der Kollokationen. Zuerst soll das Wesen fachsprachlicher Kollokationen illustriert werden. Weitere Abschnitte beschäftigen sich mit den Fragen nach Bedarf an Kollokationsangaben, Selektion von Kollokationen und Präsentation der Kollokationen in Wörterbüchern. Im letzten Kapitel werden die Bauteile und Strukturen der zwei deutsch- polnischen Rechtswörterbücher analysiert. Danach werden die Wörterbuchartikel zu fünf strafrechtlichen Begriffen auf die Kollokationen hin analysiert. Es wurde auch ein Versuch unternommen die fachsprachlichen Kollokationen aus dem erstellten Textkorpus zu ermitteln und ihre Präsenz in Wörterbüchern zu prüfen.

The topic of this master’s thesis are the collocations in specialized dictionaries. The subject of the first part is the term collocation itself. Various linguistic views on this term are presented, its constituents and the classifications of collocations. The third chapter is devoted to bilingual LSP lexicography. Discussed are the typologies, functions and potential users of bilingual LSP dictionaries. Assiduous attention is drawn to the structures of those dictionaries. The next chapter aims at the presentation of the LSP collocations, and further describes the need of information on collocation in dictionary, its selection and presentation in dictionary’s structures. The last chapter includes the analysis of components and structures of two German-Polish law dictionaries and description of the presentation of collocation in selected dictionaries' entries. There is an attempt, based on the analysis of five criminal legal terms, to compare the collocations in analysed dictionaries, with the collocations extracted from the corpus, which consisted of selected German criminal law regulations.
