ROLA KWARTETU MADRYCKIEGO W BLISKOWSCHODNIM PROCESIE POKOJOWYM

Master's thesis describs the history of the israeli-palestinian conflict and the attempts to come to peace, shows the difficulties of the peace negotiations and the involvement of external actors. Its main purpose is to present the role in a peace-keeping process played by the Madrid Quartet, founded in 2002 by USA, EU, Russia and the UN. MA thesis is to analyze the activities of the Quartet, the sense of its origin and complexity of its members interests.

Praca opisuję historię konfliktu palestyńsko- izraelskiego oraz próby dojścia do pokoju. Przedstawia trudy pokojowych negocjacji oraz zaangażowanie zewnętrznych aktorów sceny międzynarodowej. Jej głównym celem jest przedstawienie działalności powstałego w 2002 roku Kwartetu Madryckiego, w skład którego wchodzą USA, UE, Rosja i ONZ. Praca ma na celu analizę działalności Kwartetu, sens jego powstania i złożoność interesów członków Kwartetu.
