Enbankment of the Vistula River on the threshold of Nowa Huta.

Celem pracy było poruszenie zagadnień dotyczących Nowej Huty. W szczególności skupiono się na okolicy zlokalizowanej koło skarpy wiślane.W pracy opisano: warunki klimatyczne regionu, środowisko przyrodnicze (m.in.: Łąki Nowohuckie, będące pierwszym użytkiem ekologicznym na terytorium Krakowa, parki miejskie i zieleń osiedlową), tło historyczne okolicy, a także architekturę, w tym architekturę socrealistyczną. W ramach pracy zaprojektowano ścieżkę spacerową, obejmującą swym zasięgiem opisywane rejony. Podano również zalecenia, niezbędne do zrealizowania, w celu poprawienie walorów tego miejsca oraz utrzymaniu go w jak najlepszym stanie.

The aim od writing this Master's disseration is to raise issuess concern the Nowa Huta. In particular describe the area located near the Vistula's Embankment. Master thesis describes: the climatic conditions of this region, the natural environment (eg: Grasslands Nowohuckie, parks and urban greenery) and also selected elements of the architecture including the socialist-realist architecture. Within the thesis is designes walking route which cover the described area. It also provides recommendation necessary to carry out in order to preserve the best qualiteis of thie place and keep ot in the top condition.
