Legal and institutional framework of cooperation between the European Union and Ukraine in the area of energy

Tematem pracy magisterskiej są prawne i instytucjonalne ramy współpracy między Unią Europejską a Ukrainą w obszarze energetyki. Praca porusza tematykę Umowy o Partnerstwie i Współpracy, planowanej Umowy Stowarzyszeniowej, a także wspólnotowy ramy prawne, w tym Traktat Lizboński. Praca obejmuje również wybrane orzeczenia Europejskiego Trybunału Sprawiedliwości i analizę politycznych uwarunkowań współpracy między Unią Europejską i Ukrainą.

The topic of this master thesis comprises the legal and institutional framework of cooperation between the European Union and Ukraine in the area of energy. This paper includes issues such as the Cooperation and Partnership Agreement and the future Association Agreement, as well as chosen verdicts of the European Court of Justice and an analysis of the political circumstances of cooperation between the European Union and Ukraine.
