1.Streszczenie pracyWprowadzenie: Reumatoidalne zapalenie stawów to przewlekła choroba tkanki łącznej charakteryzująca się destrukcją stawów. Główną dolegliwością występującą u chorych jest ból stawów.Cel pracy: Celem niniejszej pracy było opracowanie modelu opieki pielęgniarskiej nad pacjentem z reumatoidalnym zapaleniem stawów.Materiał i metody: Podmiotem badań była 71-letnia pacjentka z reumatoidalnym zapaleniem stawów. Posłużono się metodą indywidualnego przypadku.Wyniki: W wynikach zawarto historię choroby oraz ocenę stanu biopsychospołecznego pacjentki. Przedstawiono problemy zdrowotne występujące u chorej, do których należy ból stawów, osłabienie, spadek siły mięśniowej. Sformułowano do nich cel oraz zaplanowano interwencje pielęgniarskie.Wnioski: Pielęgniarka w opiece nad pacjentem z RZS powinna pamiętać o indywidualnym podejściu do pacjenta oraz o planowaniu interwencji adekwatnych do stanu chorego, jego możliwości i potrzeb. Pielęgniarka powinna wiedzieć o możliwości wystąpienia wielu powikłań związanych z chorobą.
