Intercultural competence of employees of public administration at municipal level. On the example of the Municipal Council Myślenice

The present thesis researches intercultural competence in public administration at the municipal level. The aim is to find out the awareness and competence of employees in the administrative offices. The main issue under examination are raised multiculturalism, multicultural communications and multicultural competence the municipalities. Research has been chosen for the Municipal Council of Myślenice.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy są kompetencje międzykulturowe w administracji publicznej na poziomie gminy. Celem pracy jest zbadanie jaka jest świadomość oraz kompetencje pracowników urzędów administracyjnych w zakresie kompetencji międzykulturowej na przykładzie Miasta i Gminy Myślenice. Głównymi aspektami poruszanymi w niniejszej pracy są wielokulturowość, komunikowanie wielokulturowe a także obszary wielokulturowości w gminach.
