The problem of unemployment on local labour market – case study in the borough of Brzyska and Jasłos district in 2006 – 2011.

The master's thesis presents the issue of unemployment in the borough of Brzyska and Jasło's district in 2006 – 2011. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the reasons, consequances and methods of combating this phenomenon on the local labour market. Also, the initial hypothesis that: in 2006 – 2011 the level of unemployment in Jasło's district was growing because of the deficiency in creating jobs in this area, is proven. Moreover, the issue of structure of unemployment is described, taking into consideration the following criteria: education, age, seniority and time needed for getting a job. In addition, the profile of a person who is the most endangered by the unemployment is created. In adding, implements and services offerred by job centre in Jasło are presented.

W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienie bezrobocia na przykładzie gminy Brzyska oraz powiatu jasielskiego w latach 2006 – 2011. Celem pracy jest dokonanie szczegółowej analizy przyczyn, skutków i sposobów zwalczania tego zjawiska na lokalnym rynku pracy oraz uzyskanie odpowiedzi na postawioną hipotezę: w latach 2006-2011 poziom bezrobocia w powiecie jasielskim wzrastał z powodu braku tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy w tym regionie. Dokonano charakterystyki struktury bezrobocia, biorąc pod uwagę następujące kryteria: wykształcenie, wiek, czas oczekiwania na pracę oraz staż pracy. Ponadto, stworzono profil osoby najbardziej zagrożonej bezrobociem. Dokładnie przyjrzano się instrumentom i usługom oferowanym przez Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Jaśle, których celem jest niwelowanie tego problemu społecznego.
