Individual and group methods of quality enhancement - case study of strengthening pedagogical supervise project.

W dzisiejszym świecie wprowadzanie metod doskonalenia jakości jest niezbędne do funkcjonowania nowoczesnej organizacji. Niniejsza praca miała na celu zbadanie indywidualnych i grupowych metod doskonalenia jakości na podstawie Programu Wzmocnienia Efektywności Systemu Nadzoru Pedagogicznego i Oceny Jakości Pracy Szkoły Etap III. Przedstawiono sposób przeprowadzania case study oraz podstawy według, których działa badany projekt. W badaniu wykorzystano dwie metody desk research, który miał na celu przybliżyć teoretyczne podstawy i sposób działania projektu oraz wywiad jakościowy przeprowadzany bezpośrednio z pracownikami programu. Na podstawie zebranych danych opracowano studium przypadku. Konkluzją przeprowadzonych badan jest to, że w projekcie sprawdziły się zespołowe metody doskonalenia jakości, które wynikają z nastawienia członków zespołu na osiągnięcie celów projektu, którym jest możliwie najlepsze przygotowanie ewaluatorów do ich zadań.

In the world today introducing of quality improvement methods are necessary for the functioning of modern organizations. This study was designed to assess individual and group quality improvement methods to enhance the effectiveness of the Program System of Quality Assessment of Education and Work School of Stage III. This bachelor thesis presents the basic concepts and approaches of management and quality management. How to perform a case study and the basis by which the project work. The way of conducting a case study and the basis by which the test works project. The study used two methods of desk research, which aimed to bring the theoretical basis and operation of the project and qualitative interviews conducted directly with the program. The collected data were compiled case study. The conclusion of the study is that the project chose team methods to improve the quality. It was result from the attitude of the team members to achieve the objectives of the project, which is the best possible preparation for their task evaluators.
