Praca jest próbą porównania polskiego i niemieckiego systemu postępowania z nieletnimi przy uwzględnieniu ewolucji zasad traktowania nieletnich. Obejmuje rozwój zasad odpowiedzialności nieletnich od starożytności do czasów dzisiejszych oraz przedstawia współczesne systemy postępowania z nieletnimi w Polsce i Niemczech.

This work is an attempt to compare the Polish and German system of dealing with juveniles, taking into account the evolution of the treatment of minors. This includes the development of liability rules pertaining minors from antiquity to the present day and presents the modern juvenile justice systems in Poland and Germany.
