Offshoring as a modern management tool.

Praca dyplomowa, której tematem jest proces offshoringu ujęty jako współczesna forma zarządzania, obejmuje zagadnienia dotyczące zjawiska offshoringu i globalizacji, która stwarza możliwości do rozwoju tego trendu, zwłaszcza na rynkach państw europejskich. Ukazana została rola bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych w odniesieniu do poszczególnych państw europejskich oraz czynniki wpływające na pozyskiwanie bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych głównie przez państwa Europy Środkowo – Wschodniej. Praca zawiera analizę poszczególnych nurtów offshoringu, a także ich pochodzenie i możliwości zastosowania przez przedsiębiorców. Została także przedstawiona analiza 5 europejskich państw z regionu Europy Środkowo – Wschodniej pod względem atrakcyjności rynku dla inwestorów lokujących swoje inwestycje. Głównym elementem pracy było porównanie wybranych krajów z Europy Środkowo –Wschodniej w stosunku do potencjału Polski. Zostały pokazane atuty Polski jako regionu docelowych inwestycji zagranicznych, a także możliwości rozwoju procesu offshoringu. Polska w rejonie Europy Środkowo – Wschodniej to główny ośrodek BIZ pochodzących z krajów Europy Zachodniej. Wzrost popularności Polski jako docelowej lokalizacji BIZ stanowi doskonały przykład rozwoju procesu offshoringu jako nowoczesnej formy zarządzania, który odbywa się nie tylko na rynkach azjatyckich, lecz także na terenie kontynentu europejskiego.

Thesis, which focused on the process of offshoring recognized as a contemporary form of management, include issues concerning the process of offshoring and globalization which creates opportunities for the development of this trend, especially in markets of European countries. Pictured is the role of foreign direct investment in relation to individual European countries and the factors influencing the acquisition of foreign direct investment mainly by European countries Central- Eastern Europe. Thesis contains an analysis of the various currents of offshoring, as well as their origin and possible use by entrepreneurs. It is also presented an analysis of 5 European countries from the Central - Eastern Europe as the most attractive market for investors choosing to locate their investments. The main element was a comparison of selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe in relation to the potential of Poland. Polish assets are shown as the target region, foreign investment, as well as the process of offshoring opportunities. Poland in the region of Central - Eastern Europe is the main center of FDI from Western Europe. Polish growth in popularity as a destination location for FDI is an excellent example of the development process of offshoring as a modern form of management, which takes place not only on Asian markets, but also throughout the European continent.
