"Rozwój rynku obligacji korporacyjnych w Polsce"

W pracy omówiono zagadnienie rozwoju rynku obligacji korporacyjnych w Polsce. Przedstawiono funkcje gospodarcze obligacji korporacyjnych oraz ich ekonomiczne i prawne aspekty. Celem pracy było pokazanie, jak zmieniała się wielkość rynku krótkoterminowych i długoterminowych papierów dłużnych przedsiębiorstw w Polsce na przełomie ostatnich lat oraz usystematyzowanie cech obligacji korporacyjnych na Rynku Obligacji GPW Catalyst. Zastosowano metodę studiów literaturowych oraz analizę porównawczą obligacji wszystkich emitentów obligacji korporacyjnych na Rynku Obligacji GPW Catalyst a przy bardziej szczegółowych badaniach – tych, którzy wyemitowali dotychczas 1 serię obligacji. Na potrzeby pracy stworzono 1 wykres i 15 tabel. Wykorzystano 20 pozycji bibliograficznych.

This thesis discusses the subject of development of the corporate bonds in Poland. The author’s intention was to present functions of corporate bonds and their legal and economic aspects. The purpose of this study was to indicate the variation of the market value of long-term and short–term bonds in Poland in the course of time. Another aim of the thesis was to systematize features of corporate bonds at WSE Catalyst bond market. Both literature review and comparison analysis methodologies were utilized in the study. The analysis focuses on all of the issuers of corporate bonds at the WSE Catalyst bond market and in the most detailed studies only one-time issuers are taken into consideration. The specific data are indicated in one graph and fifteen tables which were created for the purposes of this thesis. The study is based on twenty scientific publications.
