Sposoby finansowania nieruchomości na przykładzie Kampusu 600-lecia Odnowienia Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego.

The thesis is devoted to the issue of real estate financing and it is composed of three parts. First chapter is a theoretically-oriented introduction featuring the types of real estate and their functions in terms of economy. Second chapter is concerned with the methods of financing, with the main focus placed on traditional methods. It also shows the analysis of different methods of financing in Poland. Last chapter deals with the analysis of public utilities financing on the basis of The Campus of the 600th Anniversary of the Jagiellonian University Revival along with the assessment of the usefulness of the building in question. The thesis has been based on literature connected both with real estate and finances. Other sources include materials gathered from trade periodicals and websites. An important part of data comprises internal documents from Jagiellonian University as well as the information obtained during interviews and interrogations with the Chancellor of UJ.

Praca została poświęcona tematyce finansowania nieruchomości. Opracowanie składa się z trzech części. Rozdział pierwszy to część teoretyczna wprowadzającą w zagadnienie rynku nieruchomości, a także przedstawia rodzaje nieruchomości oraz ich funkcje w gospodarce. Rozdział drugim opisuje metody finansowania nieruchomości, skupiając się głównie na tradycyjnych metodach. Ukazuję też analizę wybranych metod finansowania w Polsce. Ostatni rozdział trzeci jest poświecony analizie finansowania nieruchomości użyteczności publicznej- Kampusu 600-Lecia Odnowienia Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego oraz ocenie celowości jej budowy.Źródłem informacji zawartych w pracy jest zarówno literatura dotycząca tematyki nieruchomości oraz finansowania. W pracy wykorzystano również materiały z czasopism branżowych opisujący problematykę finansowania nieruchomości, a także źródła internetowe. Istotnym punktem odniesienia do napisania pracy były dokumenty wewnętrzne Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego oraz informacje uzyskane na podstawie wywiadów, rozmów z Kanclerzem UJ.
