The subject matter of this work is regarding the labour organization and the issues associated with the personnel management in the enterprise he is which: Tatra Voluntary emergency ambulance service. At the work theories of organization were described, models of the personnel management, and next they concentrated on TOPR, portraying functioning of the company. Moreover in order to move the subject matter closer an outline of the history and functioning in the past were presented to the organization of the mountain rescue in Poland.

Tematyka niniejszej pracy dotyczy organizacji pracy oraz problematyki związanej z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi w przedsiębiorstwie jakim jest : Tatrzańskie Ochotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe. W pracy opisano teorie organizacji, modele zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, a następnie skupiono się na TOPR, ukazując funkcjonowanie firmy. Ponadto w celu przybliżenia tematyki przedstawiono rys historyczny i funkcjonowanie w przeszłości organizacji ratownictwa górskiego w Polsce.
