Transgression of lyrical subject in the poetry of Rafał Wojaczek

Celem niniejszej pracy jest ukazanie wieloaspektowości poetyckiej transgresji zachodzącej w obrębie podmiotu lirycznego w utworach Rafała Wojaczka, jako próby zintegrowania, formowania własnej tożsamości poety. Szczególnie istotna jest tu kategoria kobiety, wielokrotność jej oblicz a także kwestia cielesności, będąca jednym z ważniejszych źródeł tejże poezji. Przeobrażenia podmiotu są elementem transgresji w liryce Wojaczka, o podłożu ontologicznym i metafizycznym. Poeta kreując podmiot liryczny kobiecy czy zbiorowy, próbuje zintegrować własną osobowość tworząc przy tym własny, odrębny od rzeczywistości świat poetycki.Praca skupia się między innymi na roli kobiety w twórczości Wojaczka, podkreśleniu jej istotę, ukazaniu i analizie wielości jej oblicz. Poruszona zostaje także kwestia cielesności, jako dominującego źródła poezji Wojaczka, związana przede wszystkim z postacią kobiecą i miłością. Cielesność i erotyzm zawierają się w swoistym „programie” poetyckiej transgresji, będącej zamysłem artystycznym poety. Pierwszy rozdział niniejszej pracy jest analizą transgresji w liryce Wojaczka, akcentuje wpływ treści Listu Jasnowidza Arthura Rimbaud na twórczość poety, przedstawia „genezę” podmiotu kobiecego i tłumaczy jego funkcje. Rozdział drugi porusza kwestię cielesności i jej związku z postacią kobiecą, w oparciu o utwory poety analizuje poetycką transgresję, jako dokonywanie ekstremalnych doświadczeń cielesnych i psychicznych. Trzeci rozdział traktuje o przyczynach obecności podmiotu zbiorowego w utworach Wojaczka i jego funkcjonowaniu. Praca o tytule Transgresja podmiotu w poezji Rafała Wojaczka jest zarysem analizy twórczości poety, ma na celu wytłumaczenia zjawiska poetyckiej transgresji zachodzącej przede wszystkim w obrębie podmiotu lirycznego.

The main aim of the following thesis is to depict numerous aspects of poetic transgression occurring within the lyrical subject in the works by Rafał Wojaczek as an attempt to integrate and form the poet’s own identity. Essential seem to be the category of woman, her nature iteration and the issue of corporeality which is one of more important sources of the poetry in question. The transformations of the lyrical subject are treated as an element of transgression in Wojaczek’s lyric poetry, which has its ontological and metaphysical origin. By means of creation feminine and collective lyrical subjects the poet makes an attempt to integrate his own personality and, simultaneously, create his own poetical world isolated from reality. The following work focuses on the role of woman in the literary output of Wojaczek, emphasizing woman’s nature, showing and analysing it’s multitude. Furthermore, the thesis brings up the question of corporeality as a prevailing source of Wojaczek’s poetry, which is mainly connected with a female character and love. Corporeality and eroticism are included into a kind of peculiar ‘program’ of poetic transgression which is identified with the very poet’s artistic conception. Chapter 1 comprises the attempt of analysis of transgression in lyric poetry of Wojaczek and emphasizes the influence of List Jasnowidza (Letter of the Seer, original title: Lettres du Voyant ) by Arthur Rimbaud on the literary output of the poet. This part of the thesis presents the genesis of feminine lyrical subject and explains its functions. Chapter 2 brings up the issue of corporeality and its connection with a female character and, on the basis of poet’s works, analyses poetic transgression as performing extreme physical and psychical experiences. Chapter 3 describes the causes of presence of collective lyrical subject in works by Wojaczek and the way of its functioning. The thesis titled Transgression of lyrical subject in the poetry of Rafał Wojaczek is an outline of poet’s literary output analysis. Its main aim is to explain the phenomenon of poetic transgression occurring within the lyrical subject.
