Praca pt. Analiza porównawcza kosztów pracy w Polsce na tle Unii Europejskiej” podzielona została na cztery zasadnicze części. W pierwszym rozdziale omówione zostały formy zatrudnienia, rodzaje umów i koszty pracy.Druga część poświęcona została problemowi bezrobocia. Scharakteryzowane w niej zostało bezrobocie i jego typy. Podjęta została też analiza stanu bezrobocia we współczesnej Polsce.Trzecia z nich poświęcona jest zagadnieniom wysokości wynagrodzeń w Polsce. Znalazły się w niej analizy poziomu wynagrodzeń z uwzględnieniem różnorodnych czynników. Czwarta część pracy dotyczy stanu wysokości wynagrodzeń i bezrobocia w krajach należących do Unii Europejskiej. Praca, skupiając się na kwestii kosztów pracy, dotyka również innych ważnych kwestii z wynagrodzeniami związanych, np. kwestii wysokości wynagrodzeń i wysokości bezrobocia.
