Discrimination against Christians. Psycho-social description of the phenomenon and its normative dimension.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest scharakteryzowanie zjawiska dyskryminacji chrześcijan z perspektywy psychologii społecznej, szeroko pojętego prawa oraz innych systemów normatywnych. Praca dotyczy sytuacji chrześcijan w XX i XXI w. i jej zróżnicowania z punktu widzenia przyczyn i natężenia, jak również roli aktów prawnych w zwalczaniu lub powodowaniu dyskryminacji religijnej. Zawiera również rozważania na temat przeciwdziałania dyskryminacji chrześcijan.

The purpose of this master’s thesis is to characterize the phenomenon of discrimination against Christians in perspective of social psychology, law and other normative systems. The work concerns the situation of Christians in the XXth and XXIst century and its diversity from the point of view of its causes and intensity, as well as the role of legal acts in fighting off or causing the religious discrimination. It contains also deliberation about counteractions against discrimination against Christians.
