The liability of the shareholders and the company for obligations incurred by the limited liability partnership (LLP)

This thesis describes the detailed rules for the responsibility of the shareholders and the company for obligations incurred by public law and private law, in particular pointing out the nature of limited liability for the debts incurred by the company in the period before the foundation of the company, during, and after activity.

Niniejsza praca magisterska opisuje szczegółowe zasady ponoszenia odpowiedzialności przez wspólników i spółkę za zaciągnięte zobowiązania publicznoprawne i prywatnoprawne, w szczególności wskazuję na specyfikę ograniczonej odpowiedzialności za zobowiązania zaciągnięte przez spółkę w okresie przed założeniem spółki, w czasie jej trwania oraz po zakończeniu działalności.
