Klaster Przemysłów Kultury i Czasu Wolnego INRET na tle sektora kultury i przemysłów kreatywnych w Polsce i w Europie

The main aim of this master thesis is to characterize the INRET Cluster and analyse the current situation which is based on interviews with founders and members. For that purpose it is necessary to analyse the law regulations, economic conditions, the history of clusters and define its position in relation to other possible forms of cooperation. The case study is preceded by the examples of clusters in Poland and in Europe, to fulfill complex micro-and macro-presentation of the INRET Cluster. The research identified several issues that are the barrier to the development of the cluster. The main problem facing the INRET Cluster seems to be financial issue, which - due to EU support for cluster initiatives - can be solved. The biggest challenge remains the re-acquisition of Partners trust, which is crucial to the development of clusters.

Celem pracy jest scharakteryzowanie Klastra INRET i analiza jego obecnej sytuacji w oparciu o wywiady z założycielami i członkami. W tym celu konieczne było przyjrzenie się uregulowaniom prawnym, warunkom ekonomicznym, historii klastrów i zdefiniowanie ich pozycji wobec innych możliwych form współpracy. Studium przypadku zostało poprzedzone przykładami klastrów w Polsce i w Europie, co dopełniło kompleksowego przedstawienia mikro i makrootoczenia Klastra INRET. W wyniku badań zidentyfikowano kilka problemów, które stanowią barierę w rozwoju klastra. Głównym problemem badanego podmiotu okazały się problemy finansowe, które – w związku z wsparciem unijnym dla inicjatyw klastrowych - będzie można rozwiązać. Największym wyzwaniem pozostaje ponowne pozyskanie zaufania Partnerów, którego brak jest rzeczywistą barierą w rozwoju klastrów.
