The identity of the obstacles to marriage in canon law and the Polish law

Praca poświęcona jest przeszkodom małżeńskim występującym w prawie kanonicznym i w prawie polskim. Została podzielona na trzy rozdziały. Znalazły się w niej ogólne informacje dotyczące małżeństwa oraz omówienie pojęcia przeszkód małżeńskich i sposobów ich ustanawiania. Przedstawia także sposoby wykrywania przeszkód i możliwość legalnego funkcjonowania małżeństwa pomimo istnienia przeszkody małżeńskiej. Ostatnia część pracy jest szczegółowym opisem poszczególnych przeszkód małżeńskich.

This work is devoted to marriage impediments which can be found in canon and polish law. It is divided into three chapters. The work includes general information about marriage and definition of marriage impediments and the ways of establishing them. It also depicts the ways of discovering marriage impediments and possibility of legal existence of marriage despite existence of marriage impediments. The last part of the work is a detailed description of individual marriage impediments.
