Tematem niniejszej pracy jest doktryna i nauczanie etyczne Kościoła Jezusa Chrystusa Świętych w Dniach Ostatnich. Opiera się ona głównie na tekstach źródłowych- Księdze Mormona, Perle Wielkiej Wartości oraz Naukach i Przymierzach. Praca podzielona została na trzy części. W pierwszej z nich autor przedstawia genezę Kościoła od momentu jego powstania podczas Drugiego Wielkiego Przebudzenia. Druga część skupia się na jego współczesnej doktrynie i przedstawia obiekty mormońskiej wiary. Porusza zagadnienia związane z planem zbawienia i ukazuje wizję mormońskiej roli Chrystusa w zbawieniu ludzkości. W części trzeciej znajduje się analiza nauki Kościoła odnoszącej się do etyki.

The subject of this thesis is the doctrine and ethics of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is based primarily on the following source-texts: The Book of Mormon, The Pearl of Great Price and The Doctrine and Covenants. The paper has been divided into three parts. In the first one the author presents the origins of the Church since its inception during The Second Great Awakening. The second part focuses on contemporary doctrine and presents the objects of the Mormons' faith. It also raises issues related to the plan of salvation and shows how the role of Christ in the salvation of mankind is seen by the Mormons. The third part contains an analysis of the Church's teachings relating to ethics.
