Problem uchodźców afgańskich i perspektywy jego rozwiązania.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie problemu uchodźctwa afgańskiego od jego początków po chwilę obecną, z uwzględnieniem przyczyn oraz etapów emigracji, warunków życiowych Afgańczyków w państwach przyjmujących, zarówno w obozach, jak i poza nimi, roli organizacji międzynarodowych i stowarzyszeń w niesieniu pomocy, przebiegu procesu repatriacji oraz statusu uchodźców po powrocie do kraju. Niestety brak stabilizacji politycznej w dalszym ciągu utrudnia uchodźcom powrót do kraju. Według autorki, to właśnie owa stabilizacja i wzrost poziomu bezpieczeństwa są kluczowe dla rozwiązania problemu afgańskiego uchodźctwa, a także nielegalnej emigracji zarobkowej.

The purpose of this paper is to present the problem of Afghan refugees from its origins to now, including the causes and stages of exile, Afghans living conditions in the host countries, both in the camps, and beyond, the role of international organizations and associations to help, the process of repatriation and the status of refugees after their return home. Unfortunately, political instability continues to hamper refugees to return to their homeland. According to the author, this stability and increased safety are the key to solve the problem of Afghan refugees and illegal migration.
