Hypotrophy, intrauterine growth restriction-care model

Masa urodzeniowa, wiek płodowy dziecka to ważne kryteria opisujące stannoworodka po urodzeniu.Hipotrofia to stan w którym masa ciała noworodka znajduję się w przedziale po niżej 10.percentyla. Hipotrofia jest poważnym problemem położniczym i często wiąże się ze złymprzebiegiem okresu noworodkowego. Dlatego tak ważna jest ocena stanu płodu jeszczeprzed urodzeniem.W swojej pracy starałam się przybliżyć problem wewnątrzmacicznego zahamowaniawzrostu płodu (IUGR), rozwinąć czynniki wywołujące IUGR – najczęstsze w obecnymczasie. Zawarłam również informacje o profilaktyce oraz diagnostyce hipotrofii.Na podstawie części opisowej podjęłam próbę przygotowania modelu opieki noworodka zniską masą urodzeniową opisałam problemy, które mogą pojawić się w opiece dzieckaSGA.

Birth weight and fetal age baby are very important criteria which describecondition of the newborn Hypotrophy is the condition in which newborn weight is in therange below the 10th percentile. Hypotrophy is serious problem in obstetrics area and it isusually connected with wrong process of neonatal. So, from this point of view, it is veryimportant to evaluate the condition of the fetus just before birth.In my thesis I triem to make closer the issues such as problem of inhibition of intrauterineof fetal growth (IUGR) and the most common factors that cause IUGR. What is more,information concerned with prevention and diagnosis of hypotrophy were included anddiscussed in my thesis.According to the description part of my project I made an attempt to prepare the model ofcare newborn with low birth weight and described problems which can occur in the care ofthe child SGA.
