The financing of political parties in Poland exampled by Civic Platform of Polish Republic.

The political parties are the organizations which aim at government. The objective of this thesis is to show the framework of functioning, history and first of all, the financing rules of these specific organizations in Poland.In the thesis there is the analysys of sources, proving that the party is in dead a specific kind if organization. Moreover, the history of political parties in Poland is presented here, as well as the functioning framework.The Polish political parties and the law which regulates their being and working have been analysed. The party mentioned in the title has been analysed with the help of the documents made by State Electoral Commission and the financial policy of Civic Platform has been evaluated.

Partie polityczne są organizacjami, których celem jest rządzenie. Celem pracy jest pokazanie ram funkcjonowania, historii oraz przed wszystkim zasad finansowania tychże specyficznych organizacji na gruncie Polskim. W pracy przeanalizowano źródła udowadniające, że partia to rzeczywiście specyficzny rodzaj organizacji, zaprezentowano historie systemu partyjnego w Polsce oraz przedstawiono ramy funkcjonowania oraz ramy historyczne. Dokonano analizy partii funkcjonujących w Polsce w badanym czasie i przeanalizowano akty prawne regulujące ich istnienie i funkcjonowanie.Tytułowa partia została poddana analizie historycznej oraz finansowej z pomocą dokumentacji Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej i poddano ocenie jej politykę finansową.
