Rola soft power w kształtowaniu pozycji i wpływu Niemiec na arenie międzynarodowej

Niniejsza praca powstała w celu przedstawienia roli i wpływu soft power w kształtowaniu wizerunku i pozycji Niemiec na arenie międzynarodowej. Ma ona za zadanie ukazać korzyści i możliwości płynące z wprowadzenia instrumentów „miękkiej” siły do polityki zagranicznej RFN. Niemcy po zjednoczeniu na nowo musiały wyznaczyć swoje priorytety w polityce zagranicznej aby stać się atrakcyjnym krajem pod względem naukowym, kulturalnym , politycznym oraz gospodarczym. W tym celu RFN zaczęła wspierać inne kraje udzielając im pomocy humanitarnej, promując wymianę naukową, wspierając demokrację oraz udzielając pomocy rozwojowej. Praca ma także za zadanie przedstawić wykorzystanie niemieckich instrumentów soft power na terenie Europy Wschodniej, Kaukazu i Azji Centralnej.

The aim of this thesis is to present the role and impact of soft power in shaping the image and position of Germany in the international arena. It aims to show the benefits and opportunities arising from the introduction of soft power instruments to the foreign policy of Germany. After the reunification, Germany had to re-establish its priorities in foreign policy in order to become attractive in the field of science, culture and economy as well as politically. For this purpose Germany began to assist other countries by providing them with humanitarian aid, promoting scientific exchange, supporting democracy and providing development assistance. The thesis is also intended to introduce the use of German soft power instruments in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
