Palynological analysis of samples taken from the human hand in terms of seasonality - the possibility of use in forensic science.

The work presents information about the science called forensic palynology, contains knowledge about pollen grains as an object of study in this field. It describes the morphology, structure, method of transmission and production of pollen grains. In its range also includes the description of the climate and vegetation of Cracow and Olkusz as places where the research was conducted. Above all, reveals the result of the correlation between pollen calendar for 2012 and palynology samples taken from human’s hands and so as the topic outlines the capabilities of such relationship in order to determine the time of occurrence of the crime.

Praca przedstawia informacje dotyczące nauki zwanej palinologią sądową, zawiera wiadomości o ziarnach pyłku jako przedmiocie badań tej dziedziny. Opisuje ich morfologię, budowę, sposób rozprzestrzeniania się oraz produkcję. Swoim zakresem obejmuje również relację między klimatem a szatą roślinną Krakowa oraz Olkusza, jako miejsc, na których prowadzone było badanie. Przede wszystkim jednak, pokazuje wyniki korelacji kalendarza pylenia z roku 2012 z próbami palinologicznymi pobranymi z dłoni ludzkich oraz zgodnie z tematem nakreśla możliwości takiego powiązania w celu określenia czasu zajścia przestępstwa.
