Praca opisuje treść i formę polskiej agitacji prasowej przed plebiscytem na Górnym Śląsku w roku 1921. W trzech rozdziałach, przedstawia i analizuje argumenty z dziedziny polityki, wojskowości, ekonomii a także historii i kultury. Odpowiada też na pytanie, jaki z tej agitacji wyłania się obraz mieszkańców Górnego Śląska.

This study describes the content and form of the Polish press agitation before the plebiscite in Upper Silesia in 1921. In three chapters, study presents and analyzes the arguments in the field of politics, military, economics, history and culture. It also shows a picture of resident of Upper Silesia, created by the agitation.
