A project of implementing the integrated total quality management and HACCP system.

W pracy magisterskiej podjęto próbę sporządzenia projektu zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jakością i HACCP w Spółce Segafredo Zanetti Poland, która jest częścią międzynarodowej Grupy. Analizie poddano badane przedsiębiorstwo pod kątem spełnienia wymagań jakie stawia norma. Na podstawie tejże analizy oraz bazując na wytycznych normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 zaproponowano rozwiązania, jakimi może posłużyć się organizacja przy wdrażaniu systemu. Zidentyfikowano procesy zachodzące w firmie. Zaprezentowany projekt, stworzono, w celu wprowadzenia przejrzystości w funkcjonowaniu organizacji, spełnienia aktualnych i przyszłych wymagań klientów, oraz zwiększenia prestiżu firmy.

In this thesis the author made an attempt to draw up a project of the integrated total quality management and HACCP system in the Segafredo Zanetti Poland company, which is part of an international group. The company was analysed in terms of the fulfillment of the requirements established by the ISO standards. On the grounds of this analysis and the guidelines of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standards, solutions that can be used by the organisation implementing the system were suggested. Processes taking place in the company were also identified. The presented project was created in order to introduce transparency in how the organisation functions, fulfill the current and prospective requirements of clients, and to increase the company's prestige.
