The psychological effects of stress in a group of managers on the example of their own

Prezentowana praca dotyczy ukazania psychologicznych skutków stresu związanego z praca zawodową, wypalenia zawodowego, pracoholizmu i zaangażowania. Składa się z czterech części. Pierwsza związana jest z terminologią stresu, druga z kolei opisuje syndrom wypalenia zawodowego. Trzecia część dotyczy pracoholizmu i zaangażowania w pracę. Cześć czwarta przedstawia metodologię badań, opis grupy badanej oraz analizę wyników badań.

The present work concerns the psychological effects of stress release associated with the work of professional burnout, workaholics and engagement. It consists of four parts. The first is related to the terminology of stress, the other was described burnout. The third part deals with workaholics and commitment to work. The fourth part presents the methodology of research, a description of the study group and the analysis of test results.
