Analysis and evaluation of active forms of counteracting unemployment in the Lodz region

The work is described the problem of unemployment in the Lodz region. The aim of the study was that the active forms of counteracting unemployment contribute to the reduction of the unemployment rate in the region. The first chapter is an introduction to selected theoretical aspects of the problem. In a general way characterizes the labor market and the changes taking place in the last few years, reveals the nature, types and effects of unemployment. The next chapter presents the characteristics of active forms of counteracting unemployment. The third chapter analyzes the level and structure of the various groups of the unemployed into the labor market Lodz region. The final chapter provides a summary of active forms of counteracting unemployment concrete results and data as the state used the active form of the fight against unemployment. The work was completed applications after analyzing the data.

W pracy został opisany problem bezrobocia w województwie łódzkim. Celem pracy było to czy aktywne formy przeciwdziałania bezrobociu przyczyniają się do obniżenia stopy bezrobocia w województwie. Rozdział pierwszy stanowi wprowadzenie w wybrane teoretyczne aspekty zagadnienia. W ogólny sposób charakteryzuje rynek pracy oraz zmiany zachodzące na nim na przestrzeni ostatnich lat, ukazuje istotę, rodzaje i skutki bezrobocia. Kolejny rozdział przedstawia charakterystykę aktywnych form przeciwdziałania bezrobociu. W rozdziale trzecim dokonano analizy poziomu oraz struktury poszczególnych grup bezrobotnych na rynku pracy województwa łódzkiego. Ostatni rozdział zawiera zestawienie aktywnych form przeciwdziałania bezrobociu z konkretnymi wynikami oraz danymi jak województwo wykorzystało aktywne formy z walką z bezrobociem. Praca została zakończona wnioskami po przeanalizowaniu danych.
