Recruitment and selection process with the example of Capgemini

Praca przedstawia proces rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników na dzisiejszym rynku pracy wraz z charakterystyką firmy Capgemini i zastosowaniem przez nią metod rekrutacyjnych. W pierwszym rozdziale można znaleźć informacje dotyczące tego, jak książkowo taki proces powinien przebiegać, jakie są regulacje prawne Unii Europejskiej i jakie są alternatywy rekrutacji. W drugim rozdziale przedstawiona jest firma Capgemini i jej sposób rekrutacji, a w ostatnim rozdziale znajduje się opis tego, jak naprawdę wygląda zatrudnienie na podstawie Capgemini w Krakowie i jak oceniany jest ten proces przez pracowników. Praca ukazuje korzyści z dobrze przeprowadzonego procesu rekrutacji i ma na celu pokazanie jak ważny jest ten proces w zatrudnieniu najlepszego kandydata.

This Bachelor work presents the process of recruitment and selection on today’s labor market. It shows the company Capgemini and it’s methods of recruitment. In the first chapter you can find the informations about how this process should be performed, what are the regulations of European Union and what are the alternatives to recruitment. In the second chapter I write about the company and about her own ways of carrying out the process of the recruitment and selection. The last chapter is a descripiton of how does the employment really look on the basis of Capgemini Poland in Cracow and I present the results of the questionnaire about employees’s opinion of the process. This paper shows the benefits of a well-conducted recruitment process and aims to show the importance of this process in getting the best candidate.
